Set against the lush surrounds of Roma Street Parkland, this limited-capacity session offers a deliciously curated pairing of locally made bites with the vibrant sparkle of Drop of Sunshine Prosecco. Whether you’re catching up with friends or treating yourself to a little weekend luxury, Bubbles & Bites is your invitation to slow down and savour the moment.
Each ticket includes a hand-picked tasting menu of artisan treats — from the rich flavour of a caramelised onion and goat’s cheese tart by Little White Goat’s Cheese, to delicate blinis topped with buckwheat cured salmon, dill crème and caviar. Fresh finger sandwiches and pork & apple relish sausage rolls round out the savoury fare, while dessert-lovers can delight in an elegant line-up of raspberry heart macarons, petite four chocolates, and a decadent strawberry and white chocolate ganache sponge with local QLD honey.
