Prawn, Avocado & Butter Lettuce Sandwich – Paper Daisy Paper Daisy is serving up their legendary Prawn, Avocado & Butter Lettuce Sandwich. No need to make the drive down to Halycon House to devour these heavenly filled sandwiches.   Korru Roti – Alba by Peter Kuruvita Alba by Peter Kuruvita is bringing their Sir Laken version of ‘dubstep teppanyaki’ to Providore Park with Kottu Roti. Kottu Roti is delicious mix of flatbread, meat, vegetables, eggs and spices. Hear and watch on as the chefs chop, cook and mix together your dish in the theatrics of making Kottu Roti.   Atlantic Salmon Pearls Tasting Plate – Yarra Valley Caviar Yarra Valley Caviar has your premium goods sorted! Treat yourself to a luxe picnic affair with their first harvest Atlantic Salmon pearls with dollops of Creme Fraiche served with Chappy’s Chips.   Cheesewheel Gnocchi – That Arancini Guy Serving up gnocchi in a 40kg Grana Padano Wheel, That Arachini Guy has your pasta fix sorted! Served with cream, freshly cracked pepper and chives – you’ll be going back for seconds.   Cone-Cuterie – Church Mouse Cheese We all know what a charcuterie board is, but have you ever tried of a Cone-Cuterie? Sweet Sips: Providore Park Pours Roma Street Parkland’s First Honey Inspired Beer

This amber-colored ale is made with honey harvested from Roma Street Parkland by Bee One Third, giving it a rich, floral sweetness, you have to taste to believe. Providore Park has teamed up with Easy Times Brewing Co, a local small-batch craft brewery, to produce this one-of-a-kind brew available only at Providore Park over the weekend of 8th and 9th July. You can sip this golden elixir while enjoying Providore Park’s vibrant atmosphere filled with live music, and artisanal food under Brisbane’s winter sunshine. Swing by Providore Park to get your hands on this limited release before it’s gone for good. With flavours of spiced fruit cake, clove and honey and an ABV of 7.6%, this flavour-filled beer is perfect for Brisbane’s warmer winter, giving you a gentle reminder of those balmy summer days. Fill your picnic basket with locally produced cheeses, antipasti and olives, cold fusion honey from Sunshine Coast’s Hum Honey, salami from Goose on the Loose and premium organic naturally leavened sourdough crackers from Silver Tongue Foods and preserves from Ugly Duck Fine Foods.  For true indulgence, you must visit Yarra Valley Caviar to stock up on its premium, Australian-grown caviar before visiting one of The Village’s pop-up bars for a perfectly matched glass of Chandon Vintage Brut. Providore Park’s beautifully designed Picnic Society is an exclusive, secluded spot where you and your friends can while away the weekend in style in your own private cabana. Step into the spotlight and shine as the ultimate host – without having to lift a finger – when you book a private catered picnic for four in your very own exclusive space. You’ll be greeted in style with a Chandon Garden Spritz on arrival before settling in to accept compliments as your friends admire the exquisite picnic set-up. An antipasto platter laden with cheese, charcuterie, olives, crackers and a cheeky sweet treat or two provides perfect grazing fare. You will also receive a bottle of Chandon Sparkling Brut or Rosé to toast the weekend from your gorgeous garden spot. Each private Picnic Society cabana is only $120 for up to four people but we know that once word gets out it’ll be hard to keep your group to just a cosy quartet. Happily, Picnic Society can cater for up to eight people at each site for an extra $30 per person. Enjoy exclusive use of your Picnic Society retreat for 90 minutes with limited sessions available each day, the in-demand experience will fill up quickly.
