Event Entry - Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions contain important information, and we encourage you to read them carefully. Unless otherwise stated, any ticket purchase or ticket acquisition made via Providore Park, our ticketing supplier OzTix, our affiliates, our sponsors or our partners are subject to these terms and conditions. Providore Park will be herein referred to as the Event Organiser.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments will be made via this page.

Entry

  • The event is 18+ unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Admission into the ticketed event experiences (Let’s Lunch, Peach Pit Booth, Bubbles & Bites Tasting, Seabourne Gin Tasting, Church Mouse Cheese Tasting, Beekeeping Tour and Picnic Hamper) will be only granted upon presentation of a ticket and a valid form of photo identification (for persons 18+) at the check in point to the event.
  • If under the legal drinking age, a person shall not attempt to purchase and/or consume any alcohol at the event.
  • If of legal drinking age, a person shall not consume such quantity of alcohol which would be unlawful. As the event venue is a licensed premises:
    • Unsealed alcoholic beverages must not be taken from the venue.
    • No external alcoholic beverages will be permitted entry to the venue.
    • Intoxicated and/or disorderly persons may be cut off from alcohol service, refused entry, or evicted from the venue.
    • It is an offence for minors to purchase and/or consume alcohol.
    • It is an offence to purchase liquor for, or to supply liquor to a minor.
    • Persons supplying liquor to minors will be reported to Police. Penalties apply under relevant legislation.
  • Bags and possessions may be inspected for prohibited items at the venue entrance points. Persons who refuse inspections or searches may be denied entry to the venue;
  • No smoking is permitted inside the event venues or within 5 metres of any entrance point. Smoking includes the use of electronic cigarettes and other electronic imitations or simulation devices. Persons who fail to obey a direction from authorised person/s to cease smoking may be excluded from the event.
  • Filming and photography may take place during the time you are at the event, and you may be filmed for promotional purposes. You agree to be included in future promotional marketing materials used by City Parklands Services. If you do not wish to be filmed, please see an event staff member.
  • Causing a public nuisance is not permitted and may result in exclusion. This includes being drunk or disorderly and creating a disturbance.
  • Unless expressly authorised by the Event Organiser, possession of the following items is prohibited at the event:
    • Portable equipment including (but not limited to) tents, marquees and beach umbrellas;
    • Drones or other remote-controlled devices;
    • Alcohol purchased outside of the event;
    • Illegal or illicit substances;
    • Weapons of any description or any items that may be considered a weapon. Including, but not limited to, knives, weapons, scissors and chains;
    • Fireworks or flares;
    • Bicycles, skateboards or skates;
    • Any item or clothing that displays a commercial, political, religious or offensive signage or logos; or
    • Any other item deemed by the Event Organisers in its absolute discretion, to be inappropriate, illegal, unsafe or hazardous in any way.
  • Persons with any items found to be in breach of these Conditions of Entry may have the items confiscated or secure the item themselves. Confiscated alcohol will be disposed of and not returned to persons. Items confiscated by the Queensland Police Services (QPS) will not be returned to persons;
  • The Organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute performers and vary programming for the event.
  • Dogs are permitted within the General Admission section of the event venue, should remain on a lead at all times and not be left unattended. It is the patron’s responsibility to ensure that the dog does not create any disturbances during the event. Should a complaint be received, Event Staff & Security reserve the right to remove you from the event venue.
  • The Event Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or eject from the venue without compensation:
    • Any person whose conduct is, or is deemed by the Event Organiser or their agents, to be prohibited, unlawful, dangerous, disorderly or offensive;
    • Are conducting themselves in a manner that is unlawful or offensive (including harassment or discrimination) or otherwise exhibiting behaviour that is considered unacceptable by the Event Organiser;
    • Appear to be intoxicated or drug affected;
    • In the opinion of the Event Organisers, are wearing or displaying inappropriate or unauthorised commercial, political or offensive images, logos etc. or whose attire may cause a hazard or compromise safety;
    • Vandalise or intentionally damage property at the venue;
    • Failure to comply with entry policies.
  • Persons are responsible for their own personal possessions and must not leave bags or possessions unattended at any time.
  • Persons assume all risk of any damage or loss (including property damage, personal injury, economic and consequential loss) however it arises at the venue, including for any minors entering the venue in your care and control.

Tickets

  • Ticketed experiences can be purchased at providorepark.com.au by selecting the relevant session, or at the of the venue one hour prior to the session. All ticket sales are handled by our ticketing supplier, OzTix.
  • By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the OzTix Terms and Conditions and the Conditions of Entry.

Inclusions & Exclusions

  • Free entry to the event includes access to The Village, Main Stage, Stone & Wood Garden Lounge, Peach Pit and Café Social.
  • Free entry does not include transport to and from the event, transfers, parking, permits, purchases, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated.
  • Free entry also does not include access to Let’s Lunch, Peach Pit Booth, Bubbles & Bites Tasting, Seabourne Gin Tasting, Church Mouse Cheese Tasting and Beekeeping Tour, unless a ticket to that venue has been purchased. These will be at the ticketholders own responsibility and expense.

Refunds

  • Tickets are strictly non-refundable if you simply choose to change your mind or are unable to attend due to personal circumstances.
  • Tickets are refundable when an event has been cancelled, rescheduled or relocated by the Event Organiser, or where required by Australian Consumer Law. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Event Organiser, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (excluding any fees or charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the Event Organiser will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses. All refund requests must be submitted to the Event Organiser.
  • Tickets are refundable under extenuating circumstances only. A refund request must be submitted to the Event Organiser. All approvals/rejections are decided by the Event Organiser. Refund requests will ONLY be considered if you include:
    • The registered email against the booking
    • Reason for the request
    • Any supporting documentation (medical certificate, etc)
  • We will not consider your request without the above. Acceptance of a refund request does not denote approval. Requests will be responded to in five working days. We are unable to guarantee your request will be approved.

By entering the event, you consent to these Conditions. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in being refused entry or removed from the event.
